Ron began his insurance career with National Mutual in 1986, later moving to AXA. Throughout his corporate career he received numerous awards, with a key highlight being recognition for his leadership. He was also awarded for developing high-performing teams and individuals across the insurance industry.

In May 2009, Ron founded Discovery Financial Services, his own insurance advice company. With 40 years of industry experience, he brings deep knowledge to his specialty areas of personal and business insurance.
